SWAKULA SALI COMMUNITY DETAILS

Hi Dear Swakula bhandhus,
I is in the process of preparing a article on Swakula Sali community. I will be grateful if you could help me in answering any or all of the following questions :

  1. Bhagwan Jhiveshwar’s birth history and life
  2. Swakula Sali’s role in Indian history/freedom fight, etc
  3. The population of Swakula Sali
  4. Where is the majority population of Swakula Sali community living?? (Bangalore, Adoni, Hubli,…….)
  5. The major business undertaken by the community
  6. Any Govt reservation set aside for our community
  7. Major progress made by our community people. (Even individual achivements will be helpful)
  8. What ails our community
  9. Temples and religious places frequented by our community, and the facilities there reserved, if any, exclusively for our community.
  10. Any other points which will help.

GOPALA KALA 2009

As usual, the Gopala Kala was celebrated with grand fervour in the Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple

 Satyanarayana Swamy Vrata Pooja too was celebrated.


The Temple Floor was colourfully decorated with vibrant rangoli.


The traditional Pandari Bhajan was held and the Swakula Samaj community participated in good numbers.
